Return Policy
Every piece is created and packaged with care. Because of the handmade and custom nature of my products, all sales are considered final — with the exception of items that arrive damaged.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at natalieebloom@gmail.com with clear photos of the damage. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, I’ll issue a refund or replacement for the damaged item.
Please note:
Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted.
Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved.
Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment once the return is approved.
Custom Paintings
All custom paintings and commissions are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Exchanges
At this time, I do not offer exchanges. Please be sure to review product details carefully before purchasing.

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Custom paintings and made-to-order items may take longer — I’ll keep you updated via email on your project’s progress.
Shipping Methods
All orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order is on its way.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Occasionally, free or flat-rate shipping may be offered during special promotions.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is delayed or missing, please reach out to the shipping provider first using your tracking number.
